1. About us

fusiontrendds.com is owned and operated by Fusion Trendds (“we”, “us”, “our”), Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. By accessing our website or placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to make a purchase. By registering you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep your login credentials confidential.

3. Products, pricing & availability

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• The MRP (Maximum Retail Price) shown is the manufacturer's price; our selling price and any discount are displayed alongside it.
• Product colours may vary slightly from images because of screen settings and, for handmade items, natural variation in materials.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit quantities and discontinue products at any time. If a pricing error affects your order we will contact you before dispatch.

4. Orders & acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only when we send the order confirmation email with your Order ID. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including stock unavailability, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing or inability to deliver to your address; any amount paid will be refunded in full.

5. Payments

Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking and wallets). We never store your card details. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders; COD orders that are refused at delivery may result in COD being disabled for future orders.

6. Shipping & delivery

Delivery timelines, charges and coverage are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

7. Returns, cancellations & refunds

Please see our Refund & Return Policy. Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting us with your Order ID.

8. Coupons & offers

Coupon codes are subject to their stated conditions (minimum order value, expiry, usage limits) and cannot be exchanged for cash. We may withdraw offers at any time.

9. User accounts & conduct

You are responsible for all activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content, or place fraudulent orders.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including logos, product photographs, descriptions and design — is the property of Fusion Trendds or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
